Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy front end area.also helping front line cook when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Conduct product demonstrations when required
- Assist with stocking merchandise on the sales floor
- Provide support in jewelry sales and technical product information
- Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries
Skills:
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Proficiency in selling techniques
- Experience in electronics sales is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred; bilingual in English and Spanish is a bonus
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Familiarity with jewelry sales techniques
- Understanding of technical sales concepts
- Strong phone etiquette skills
